How do I become a member of the Next Generation Alliance (NGA)?
You can apply for membership to NGA by walking through the online application process.
What does it cost to become an NGA member?
Membership is free. There is no annual fee, and we always try to keep additional costs (such as conference registration fees) as low as possible.
What are the benefits of NGA membership?
NGA exists to identify, affirm, equip, and mobilize an international fellowship of evangelists. To that end, we endeavor to serve our members through the following benefits:
Mentoring + Equipping
NGA member evangelists work with each other and the NGA staff on a regular basis for practical help, advice and coaching. The Luis Palau Association’s materials, resources, webinars, workshops, conferences, programs, and staff are readily available and easily accessible for every member evangelist.
Collaborative Outreach Events
NGA collaborates with local and national ministries and churches to plan and coordinate “saturation evangelism” initiatives throughout the world – gathering NGA member evangelists from numerous ministries and sending them out to lead evangelistic outreach events, evangelism training, and leadership conferences under our motto of “one message, many expressions.”
Training + Conferences
In addition to one-on-one mentoring and coaching, NGA offers strategic training conferences and gatherings throughout the year. These events provide opportunities for spiritual teaching, prayer, connecting, networking and training in evangelism.
Q: I just became a member. Now what do I do?
We encourage you to become familiar with the website and the resources available to you there. Find current information on webinars, ministry resources, conferences and collaborative events. In addition, you can search for other members by name, location or type of ministry from the members tab. We encourage you to make connections with other members through our monthly partner conference calls, both regional and national conferences, and collaboration to maximize the benefits of membership.
Q: How do I update my ministry or personal information?
Q: I am an international applicant. How do I apply?
As an international applicant, you will need to meet one of our NGA staff in person, or know an NGA member who can recommend you. If you don’t yet know any members, please contact the NGA office. We would be happy to connect you with a member in your area, or alert you to upcoming NGA events where our staff would be able to meet you in person.
Q: How do I collaborate?
Members can begin by looking for current opportunities listed on the Collaborative Events page. However, we have found the most successful collaboration happens when members meet face-to-face at NGA hosted conferences. If you are looking for fellow NGA members to join you in a collaborative effort, you can submit an event request or contact Jeff Pieper.
Q: How often will NGA put on conferences?
NGA holds regional events annually, and puts on a larger national conference every other year.
Q: What can NGA/LPA do to help me get gigs, bookings, speaking opportunities?
NGA supports our members in networking and collaborating with one another through conferences and personal recommendations. Sometimes these introductions turn into ministry opportunities. We also encourage members to visit the Collaborative Events Page regularly to see what opportunities may be available. Ministry invitations and collaboration flow out of relationships, so we strongly encourage members to be engaged with us and other evangelists by attending NGA events and conferences.
